MY cooland fan switch on when temperature is over 99 degress, is that normal ? i dont think so, how or what can i do ? to change ECT sensor ? Fan is working so sensor should be working too !?!?! ANy advice !?

At what point do you think is normal? Optimal running temperature is between 82-92 and under pressure water doesn't boil until something like 115

Was gonna say my 1.4 sport is the same. Goes right up to nearly 100° then the fan cuts in and goes back down.

My 1600 was same, only kicked in when it hit 100 on gauge and would drop to 95 until driving when it would settle back at 90
