Morning

Saw a GTR on the way in today It sounded boss. Could have done with a wash, though

Should have chased after him, throwing business cards on his car at each light!!!

Pro question Dave:
I usually clay, polish and wax every two to four months, between that I just wash and dry. Would you recommend using something like CG Hybrid V7 after a regular wash?
Think I'm after something that'll bring out a bit more shine without having to go through the whole mill.

I should have

If you're using a wax then I'd suggest a wax-based QD like Auto Finesse Finale (which is what I use) for a quick wipe over after a normal wash. It gives you that nice freshly waxed look It's nice and easy, just spray, wipe, buff. You will need to use a plush mf cloth with it though, and I personally find that a normal 16"x16"/40cm x 40cm isn't quite big enough as it gets fairly wet by the end of it, so a larger one like 24"x16" works better for me.

Is that much different from Meg's Last Touch? I have a huge bottle of the stuff that I was recommended to spray on the car while drying it.
I've never used it much as I didn't notice any difference... Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

Yeah that looks like it should do the job. Instead of spraying it on while drying, dry the car and then use it as I said above. You can use these things while drying, but it won't have as much effect because of being diluted by the water on the car.

Never had to call RAC out. Currently sat waiting on my third driver for the final leg of my recovery home from Somerset via the AA. Both drivers have been pleasant enough upto now
