I added the movie package ontop of my halfprice deal I got for new customer in january. So would of finished about late june.
Im just off the phone to them. Theve now said it finished after 3 months. And was trying to charge me a extra 30quid a month for it. Absolute arseholes need to stop mis informing customers. I wont be taking any promotional offers from them anymore. Thats all

So unless you cancel they continue to charge full price. You mean like every other company that uses a subscription service does....

It has nothing to do with cancelling it. I knew when the half price finished. They decided to finish it 3 months before they told me. Thats what im getting at

They're all money grabbing cunts. Sky are worse, and the regular call centre workers are all wankers. Once you speak to the cancellations dept you finally get through to someone who knows how to talk to paying customers.

Did this with my mum a few years back.
Offered her a 3 month trial of 2mb broadband up from the 1mb she was paying for.
Rang up after 3 months to say don't want to pay for it, they told her the 1mb package isn't available and you can't switch back.
She left them entirely
