Does anyone know of any larger or thicker rads for XE corsas? Or should the standard rad be up to the job. Im just worried about the poxyness of the standard rad and im getting pacets fitted soon so may aswell get the rad done at the same time.
Cheers.

No need to change the rad, as long as the fan switch works and hasn't got any air locks, the worst that would happen would be the fan kicks in more often.

I used the 1.2 8v standard one and standard rad fan with cut down bracket to clear the exhaust. It got driven full on everywhere and never a problem
