You would think that a Honda NSR125 would destroy me, NO!!

Raced him from near my house to my work on a 5 mile stretch, around roundabouts, bends and short straights, stayed with him all the way!

My bike must have superb handling as I managed to catch him at every roundabout and undertake then he would go past slowly.

I am well impressed with my RS

No, it is not slow. It will stay with the NSR, my RS is a full race spec 50cc. 70mph all the way.

Mate who has the RSV1000, well his son has the RS50 with the restrictor out ans a different sprocket. Its good for 70mph downhill but it's screaming its nuts off by that stage.

The Aprilla RS125 does 106 on the flat. With a race exhaust system you should see 112mph. But I always thought the NSR was only good for 100mph.

This was a restricted NSR125, but that still does'nt make up for the fact he could'nt go around corners any faster than me.

RS50 is wicked fun, my mate had the brand new Rossi Replica 50 back in 98, and I had a SR50 scooter & always wanted the RS50.

Couple of years ago I got a fair old wedge of a bonus from my work so I went and brought one, love it to bits.

Few of my mates had/have RS125's and there so much faster than NSR125's.

I never knew they did a Mito 250

What year is it?

just phoned dk bikes in Stoke to ask cause I cant find owt on the net and they say the mito came in 50 cc, 125cc and 250cc; although the 125cc was the most popular, the 250 and 50 were brought over in smaller numbers. but I will continue searching on the net till I find something, there are normally some in biketrader, but theres only one 125 mito for sale on the net, mite go and have a loo in the mag

Yes, I would like a 80cc bore kit for my RS50 so it would be capable of 85mph.

I have seen lots of Mito125's, they have 7 gears do they not?

I raced a Mito 50 on my RS and they are very simular in speed, although around the bends there crap because of the fuel tank being at the back

50cc Runner that does 75mph Even my old scoota wouldn't do that and it was a 125cc. And i've raced many a 50cc and 125cc Runner down the A2. 125cc's used to leave me, but 50cc's were easy.

My new VXR Runner is a 200cc 4 stroke. 142kph (about 87mph). Bloody great fun. 225km per £7.50.

NSR's are great bikes. Maybe he was still learning it and didn't want to puch it? Im still learning how my bike handles and i've been riding it every day nearly for a month now.
