been going the gym for 2 months now and have lost my belly etc though exercise and my change of diet so now i feel its time to start building my muscle up. i can see small difference in muscle but looking at protein powders and not sure whats best for me. i want something that will just help build and repair muscle quicker and not put weight on me. anyone?

First. Post what your BMR is and what calories you're consuming and what they're comprised of

BMR of 1750.08. is that right?

calories is around 1500-1700 per day as been trying to lose weight and lose my fat which i have done now.
that consisted of normally
breakfast - porridge and a bananna
lunch - pasta or chicken and rice
dinner - something like chicken curry and rice and lots of veg

i eat alot of chicken as i like it plus its good

Get the cheapest one you can find as long as it's whey protein, they're all the same.

Supplements are the least important aspect of your workout.
