Think everyone should go to Hickorys at least once. The foods good and it's all done with a slightly American sense of theatre. Well worth a visit.

+1 for hickories.

Thai/tepenyakki (sp??) near station. Caribbean place next to that is good too. Down the steps from those is Old Harkers pub, good ale house and pub grub.

Grill upstairs is lovely but if you don't do steak probably wasted.

If you want some decent drinks head to Kuckoo, some lads from preston just opened up in Chester. Good bunch of guys, good cocktails and good music.
