I bought some second hand coilovers a few months ago, but I only just noticed that there is a torx bit snapped of in the top where the Allen key goes to stop it spinning while you tighten it. is there any other way of fitting them with out me drilling it out.

Use an airgun, should tighten it without the need to stop the centre spinning

A rubber belt type filter tool on the fescalised portion would be safe. looks easy enough to drill it a bit then get an easyout to unlock it

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Would need a decent drill bit like a c1150 or carbide

I have a go at drilling it out some time this weekend to see if that works.
