Anyone got one of these? My mums just been given one. It's nothing special to be honest but I think it's pretty cool
It's basically a lettuce plant for you to keep at home. Keep watering it and it will keep growing. Just rip some leaves off when you need them.

Impossible, no way has technology gotten that advanced, only just got touch screen phones and already they have managed to turn lettuce into an actual living plant.

So this is just a lettuce that is still planted? The same way lettuce has been grown for 100's of years? Am I missing something?

If you leave it to grow and then pop it in the soil in your back garden, you might recognise it as a normal lettuce

I once bought the herb versions. The planted herbs, think I had parsley, corriander and something else..
It was all good fun until one social gathering, a few people got very drunk and decided to eat large chunks of them them straight from the plant, as if pretending to be a giraffe or something..so I binned them never again. Traumatic.

I had living bacon once. true story
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
