I have an Onkyo SS system, any way to connect iPhone/iPod using these connections?

Only from headphone to aux in I guess? I'm guessing the amp would be able to use all speakers instead of just stereo

That's fine, it's only a 2.1 anyway.

Not sure it'd work in Coax, I'd go for a headphone to red and white, on the input bit. But I'm no expert. Unfortunately they're probably not at work and unlikely to come on though

red and white will work. You'll need a 3.5mm jack to red white cable
