Hi.
Im after a wrist worn heart rate monitor, But cannot seem to find one anywhere.

Unless it has a strap which goes around your chest.

Is there anything available which solely goes around your wrist (like a watch).

It doesnt need to have any fancy features like pedometer/ cals etc.

any help appreciated.

Most of them require a chest strap to work.

Or you need to hold a finger on it to show heart rate.


I want one you wear on your wrist.
look at it to see you heart rate.

Ah, I stand corrected Didn't realise you had to have a strap or do the finger thing on these, assumed they worked straight up.

I looked for ages for what you're looking for. TBH I don't think one exists. I've had the finger tip watch one which wasn't to bad but chest strap ones are spot on.

Can I ask why you don't a normal chest strap kind?
