Is there any way yet of starting a torrent from my mobile?

Like chrome is linked on my PC and mobile, is there anything for Vuze that I can use?

A lot of torrent programmes/apps have web interfaces that give you control over adding/starting/stopping torrents etc and there are even mobile apps for some.

There was a web interface plugin for Azureus which might have been brought over with Vuze, so have a look. Otherwise there are plenty of other torrent clients (uTorrent, or Transmission on Mac) that offer web interfaces.

There are also android apps for uTorrent iirc.

Might have to switch to utorrent and just get the utorrent remote app

Vuze probably has one built it or there will be a plugin and/or mobile app for it - have a look/do a Google. Although Vuze wouldn't be my first choice of torrent client.

Yeah, found it on vuze, remote pairing. Cheers guys, means I don't have to move when the missus wants her random crap downloading.

Have always used Azureus and now Vuze for downloading, only use it as the client, don't do any searching through it, don't even have the RSS scanner setup at the moment, so I'm used to the interface on it

I use utorrent app on android to start torrents while i'm away from home

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
