Alright mate most of the colours are colour to colour, on the 1.2 16v the ecu was near the inlet manifold.
The new wiring needs to go in the drivers side kick panel.
Colours are as follows:
Brown/yellow is diagnose
Brown/ white is diagnose
Brown/ blue is moronic light dashboard
Red is battery +
Green is rpm signal
Rd/blue is fuel pump
Blue is coolant temp
Black is switched live
Blue/green is oil pressure light
Blue white is alternator
Brown is earth.

These are what I used for my c20ne conversion, but I copied c20xe wiring so this is right for your car. Hope this helps mate good luck.

If your using a soldering iron it's a nightmare trying to solder some joints under the inlet manifold as there is no room whatsoever.

As Walshy says, Drag the wiring from the ECU near the inlet back into the car to the drivers kick panel and wire it as follows. dead easy mate.
