The only tramp i remember from Sebs was Ol' Fozzer who used to sit drinking Frosty Jack round Flaxley Road, proper legend he was back in the day, got offered a house several times but turned them down as he preferred living on the street.

There's a bloke in Newport who goes to different rivers, fills bottles up of the water and then goes to other rivers emptying the water in to them.
