Hi All, have joined this forum and couple of others to confirm whether or not cruise control can be added/retrofitted to corsa C prefacelift 1.2 SXi with Z12XE engine. (have posted and discussion is ongoing in other forums but nobody can yet say they have done it or not to this model/engine).
Have read at length majority of posts on this site and other sites yet again nobody is able to confirm the above query.
I know there are companies/garages out there that will fit universal cruise control kits but for these your talking minimum of £500.00 plus! And am aware that those who have managed to do it to their own vehicles by ways described on here and other forums the cost can be less than £100.00, which is more my pocket depth!
Eitherway, hope somebody on here has either done it and it works or some guru is able to say that it can't be done and let me and others know!

due to the cruise control working through the canbus on corsa C and needing a new stalk, pedal switches, reprograming of bcu and ecu, £500 probable is not far off what it will cost. it may even need a new wiring loom dependant on model. could be cheeper to buy a scrapper with cruise control and swap all the parts over to your car.
