What mods do you need to tell the insurance company about, as one of the first things they asked me was, has the car been modified? Do you need to tell them if you fit a sports exhaust, or any other performance parts, ie air filters etc. I am with CIS.

you need to tell them as much as you are willing to, or if u like taking chances.

Tell them everything.

I'm wih CIS and wote them a long list including hand brake and gear knob replacements as well as more major stuff - incase they get arsey. White dials too!

CIS only care about performance enhancing mods but its best to tell them everything to show your not hiding anything from them.

Better to be safe than sorry hey.
