Anyone got experience using Collect + ?
I ordered some clothes and need to return a couple of things and they need to be taken to a Collect + stores with a pre-paid returns label.
Just bought and printed the £2.99 returns label and found the local stores.
I didn't realise virtually all local convenience shops are collect + stores.
Is it pretty reliable thereafter?
I assume collections from the stores are daily much like the Royal Mail or any Courier.

Yeh have used them several times in the past with no issues - similar principal to MyHermes - a bit slower than 'normal' couriers but fine other than that!

Used them loads with M&M Direct. Great service tbh. It's usually insured too, up to a certain value, Think it's £100 with M&M.

Sweet, cheers.
Its returns on some M&M Direct items so the £100 insurance applies.
I rarely shop online now, used to for everything 3 or 4 years ago but changed back to going into shops for some reason.
Glad I did because one of the t-shirts going back is completely different in colour & neck detail to what it looked like and 2 polo's are more like M's than XL's.

We ran a DHL service point in the early days from our warehouse prior to yodel taking over and changing names. We used to have a scanner which alerted DHl, they would then turn up once a day and collect.

Have been using Collect+ for stuff I've been selling on eBay and not had any issues. Cheaper than Royal Mail too who take the royal proverbial when it comes to pricing.
If you're sending back via Collect+ because the retailer says to, as soon as you have the receipt in your hand you sent it, imo it is their problem if it gets lost etc so wouldn't worry about it.
