If you can afford to pay nearly £500/month on a loan why on gods earth are you not just saving a little bit more than that away a month and then buying a car with cash in say 8-10months?

Because £187 interest will get lost in the payments and not much at all and also so I can get one soon.

But you'll also be down nearly £500/month, if anything un-expected should occur you'll be stuffed..

Yeah and you might as well have a comfortable life rather than stressing over having no money.

Wtf? The guy wants cash just now, he can afford the cost of having the luxury to get it now, why wouldn't he get it now? You two are getting your knickers in a twist over him being quite sensible.

And I wouldn't take financial advice from someone who thinks that 10k on a FWD SUV and a rollerskate is great value Davey.

Go for it and get your money minty

How can a car with 40,000 miles on drive like new?

A car with 40,000 miles on drives like a car with 40,000 miles on.

thats like me saying my telly shows television shows like new.
