£33 including delivery for a 16" tyre. That sounds very cheap, even for a bottom end budget tyre.

For a 195/45 tyre it may be almost possible but defo not for a 195/40 tyre!!!!!!!
Print it out or send it to them as an e-mail or even make an order and then if they say its the wrong price kick up a fuss saying you cant afford that price because you were working on the £33 figure and see if you can get them to do them for that price!!!!! Worth a try!!!!!
