Never needed to use fat burners but i would look up the side effects before using them. I would imagine the fatter you are the worse the sides will be as well.

Tried dieting and cardio? After all tshirt season is over for this year so youre going to be wrapped up most days anyway.

Im not into using anything that is illigal mate especially nothing that is used on horses haha Clen was advised to me already but thats a big no go.

sc0ott im currently dieting properly at the min to the extent im mesuring out my food im also doing cardio i just seem to have hit a wall and need to drop off some extra fat a little quicker iv started taking these now and they seem rather effective i will see what the results are after the course of them

You've just got them yesterday and they seem rather effective the next day. They must be absolutely amazing.

Effective as in you can feel the effects of them i couldnt tell you if i have lost any weight from using them yet im going to use the full 30 day supply and see what the out come is my ideal weight is between 12 to 13 stone

I train weights as well as cardio but i know that i still have BF to loose atleast another stone may be a stone and a half

sorry mate but if you still have a stone or so to lose then you cant be at your limit, just not dedicated or disciplined enough.

Hopefully this will help thats what im asking for if anyone has used them before.

Russ if you were closer you could have come train with me and i would have proven that I do cardio then weights I go straight from work
