Try a punch on it, they should come off with a few taps.

Just get a pair of thin pliers and put the end in two of the holes and turn

Used pliers and a chisel before. Just replicate the anti clockwise movement the key would give

There's a few different keys though isn't there? Unlikely you'll get the right one.

The wheels are, wheel alu is about 90p/kilo.
Probably a fiver each?
Probably more as wheels.
