Ordered my boy a bed for Xmas from a company I found on eBay. They said if I called and ordered I would be able to get it for the offer I made.

So I did. Paid on my credit card.

This was mid November. I was promised it was in stock and being shipped. Then it never arrived. Called again and told a shipment problem has delayed order and it would be first week of December. Still no sign. Called. Told by end of the second week. No sign. So I cancelled and was told if receive a refund in 2-3 working days.

Nothing. No sign at all. Keep calling and getting fobbed off with it's been sent. This morning I asked the sales office for the managers own number. Got told to call the warehouse as he was there. Called them and was told no he isn't here. So I said I was just told he was. Suddenly he appears on the phone. All aggressive saying it has been sent 2 days ago.

What do I have to do with credit card company. I'm at work ATM so can't look or call very easy.

I would ring up 1 final time. Ask them if its been shipped. If they say it has can you ask for the tracking number. If they don't give it then presume its not been sent.

Just ring up your credit card company and say you want to dispute a payment. Tell them why and they will put the wheels in motion.

When I had a problem I just rang my credit card company up, told them what happened and then they sorted it all out for me
