Ha ha no it's nothing sexual it's like Russ said, basically derelict buildings that have been left alone and to "urbex" one is to go in and look around

Do people still do this?

Pretty much hammered all the places in the uk a couple of years ago, started venturing abroad, but funds and their insane police stoppe that.

I started to get in to it. To be honest I'd loved it, proper thrill. But I'm a bit lazy, haven't done any for ages now. Last thing was visiting some air raid shelters, got cut the fuck up with stinging nettles lol. Made my heart pump standing on a mega rusty ladder leading into a dark hole!

Sort of yeah but do you know the urbex slogan as such... "Take nothing but photos, leave nothing but footprints"

I've never heard of anyone getting properly arrested. Usually police will let you go if you can show them photos etc. of what you've been doing. Most security guards aren't complete jobs worths and won't take it too far. Some even show you round the place!

Their slogan is all very well and good but it's breaking and entering which ever way you look at it . Even if the door has fallen off and you can walk in it's still trespassing. I bet it is good when you come across some like the ones that have been posted on the web but I couldn't be arsed travelling to do it .
