Used to hate it, but been having those "fuel" porridge pots for breakfast most mornings for few months. Just for the ease of making them at work (just add water)

221 calories with golden syrup or mixed fruits, and keep me full till dinner.

porridge every day with honey on top . Live near to mornflakes factory so every time wind blowing the right way all you can smell is caramel and oats.

Has to be just a simply dusting of sugar for me! Haven't had it in ages actually! May well go have a look in the cupboard and see if there's a box hiding in the back somewhere

yeah i tried that a few times its alright with nutella in. some bloke called lee hearsey told me to put peanut butter in it. wasn't so keen on that though.

i had honey this morning a I'm out of syrup. just realised as i type this I've just been food shopping and forgot to buy some more ffs.

Peanut butter, not a bad idea !

If I don't have Nutella then maple syrup is nice as well

Just had a bowl of porridge should set me up for a mornings push biking up the uk's only forest on a mountain. The Lake District is pretty awesome.
