They are definitely not the same, Jubblys are just like regular frozen juice, bit like if you froze one of those cheap cup drinks. After a bit you are just sucking ice. Sun Lollys were a lot stronger tasting and broke up easier, almost more like a Slush Puppy. Haven't seem them in supermarkets for a good few years now though.

Yeah you totally can't compare the two! Pretty gutting I can't seem to find them anywhere!

That's a Jubbly by a different name. They sell em at the tills in Tescos and Morrisons.
The jubbly ones are horrible!
They are the originals. They may have changed the recipe over the years, but they've been Jubblies for a lifetime.
