Author help me work out gear ratios?

right, i have 1 gear with 35 teeth, thats driving another with 12 teeth. the gear with 12 teeth has another attached on the same axel with 35 teeth which is driving another 12 tooth/35tooth an then thats driving another the same.
then my final 35 tooth is driving a 12 tooth which has a 60 tooth attached on the same angle which then drives a 25 tooth gear.

so how do i work out the final speed if the first gear is turning at 120rpm? its supposed to be 5400rpm and i get about 5700 in solidworks. pic below if its a bit hard to follow.

How many teeth on the motor, as that looks less than the 35 bigger gears?

gear on the generator (its a hand powered torch) has 25 teeth.
so you have 35-12, 35-12, 35-12, 60-25

I'm trying to work out the final speed of the gear on the generator, if the input is 120rpm. I'm getting around 7000 so i know I'm doing something wrong

Roughly 59.544:1

So 120rpm would be 7145(ish) rpm

yep thats what i get, so we're both working it out wrong i think somehow. when i run the solid works simulation it comes out at 5700 and it supposed to be around 5400.
(should be 120rpm input, not 150 but thats still over 7000rpm)

Well my calc is 35/12 = 2.9166 and 60/25 = 2.4

2.9166 x 2.9166 x 2.9166 x 2.4 = 59.544:1

My concern is in that picture, there is 3 gears on 1 axle.

the gears in front, the top one is attached to the small one in the middle, same as that one at the back
