Do they have this in the shops where i can pick this up or do i have to go and order it over the internet only?

only need enough for like 20 or so latex balloons

http://bit.ly/1hrhOft that's a quick eBay search, if your going to try and fill 20 balloons I'd say go for a tank that suggests you can fill 50, as from experience they do less than expected
