This is a good website for that as different airlines have different cabin configurations:

Sit by the doors, more leg room on a long flight is always a plus. Wonder why it says on that site that the very back seats are bad?

Door seats will cost £150 extra not paying. I wondered that. I always choose the very back seats because have more storage space and always off the plane quicker

Very back seats normally don't recline as much as others as they are against the walls/toilets.

Would rather not be by the toilets. Especially on the flight back from Egypt when people have bad guts!

I always book my seats for near the back aisle, biggest chance of getting a row to your self,
Obviously not on a holiday flight though as they pack it full most of the time.

Wouldn't worry about the flight , that will be the highlight of your holiday especially the return . Biggest shit hole I have ever had the displeasure of going to and still can't understand why people go for a holiday
