I really fancy a 986. I've always liked them. They do a very nice deep red/burgundy colour and I'm all over that

I'm not really a convertible type of guy (I would have had a coupe mx5 if they'd built as many)

I'm not a convertible type of guy either but sunny day, roof down, flat 6 noise was pretty good.

I said originally that there was a lot more to owning a cayman than straight line speed, you interpreted that to mean handling amongst other things. Whilst that is true to an extent, it's not exactly what I meant. The Cayman is a drivers car, and everything about it, the way it's weighted, the poise, the balance, the sound with te engine right behind you, the combination of power and it's handling charactistics (yes I know I'm starting to sound like Chris Harris). The Evo range may be 'quicker' in a straight one and quite possibly on a track but it doesn't matter, you will not find it as rewarding to drive. Similar to the amount of 911 drivers who 'downgrade' or openly admit that whist the 911 is quicker is not as 'good' as the cayman.

Depends what you find rewarding? Jay loved racing around industrial estates at 100 mph

Driving in a straight line is not rewarding. Unless you are an amoeba.

Describing that reward feeling is difficult enough, without retards point blank refusing to believe a slower car can be better.

Matey in work is exactly like that and he has a classic impreza.

What about an Audi B8 S4 3ltr supercharged. I'd love one as my next car.

If I was after another estate I'd be all over one like a rash.
