GM EPC lists both, I've only swapped an F28 on a C20LET once in my life, but I vaguely remembering one or some of the bolts go through the starter motor mount and hold the starter in palce too. So that could account for the longer of the two.
But yeh, theres aprt numbers and pictures for both M12x65 and M12x45.
The Qty listed on the EPC is: For the 45mm's "AR" (As Required) and for the 65mm's, 1. So I think theres only 1 longer one used. The others are all M12x45.
