Hi this is actually a problem with my Clio but I'm guessing most cars will work in the same way. My passenger side window isn't moving... basically at the socket that connects to the regulator I'm getting 12v when idle. When pressing the switch this'll change to 0v on either pin (for up or down) is this right?

To me it sounds like it's reversed, because surely there shouldn't be any voltage unless the switch is pressed? I don't know much about electronics really but hoping someone can help.
