I know a girl who's about to walk down this path. I pray that the outcome is anything but what's illustrated in the link.

Unfortunately we lost a family friend last year to cancer was awful watching her going from a healthy mother and wife to a walking skeleton with no hair.

She lasted 3 years with it and fought it all the way, but in the end it got too much

I gave her a ride in my Z4 and her wig almost blew off. She caught it just in time. We both laughed and she said she absolutely loved it. Good time

A lad near me has just been diagnosed with cancer at 22. He was travelling the world, got to Thailand and fell ill but didn't know it was cancer. Sounds terminal too. He's a big lad too, cage fighter/kick boxer type of guy

Not sure if the link will work. Pretty surreal to know someone younger than me from my group of mates fall so ill

Shit he's popped up on my timeline a few times "so and so has commented on a status" sort of thing, had no idea that's what it was all about, just scrolled past them and never gave it a thought, how sad

Yeah it's a shit situation. Gone from being in the best shape he's ever been 1 month ago to 3 months to live if he doesn't have chemo
