my back box is knocking on the corner on the left side were a brake pipe is. its a stainless steel shape of the sportex exhausts.has anyone had this problem and if so what did they do. the rear rubbers are fine. btw it lowered by 60mm on back.

Fairly common when they're lowered, best you can do is twist the pipe as Tom says or if it needs something a bit more drastic, take the box off and modify it with a hammer.
Mine was the same, can normally be sorted with some careful adjustment.

took ur advice and some careful adjustment  that and some better rubbers its perfect
