Anyone else got issues with this stuff? It's becoming apparent that I'm sensitive to it, feel awful after eating food with a high content.

It's an additive. Makes food taste better basicly from what I can at her. I feel awful now after pizza hut. And the other week after a curry, turns out both contain a fair bit of the stuff.

I'm the same. Pizza hutt affects me also, loaded with additives I would imagine. As is some cheese I have found.

Not good for human consumption IMO

Had an Indian Sunday night must have been full of it, bloated for hours after and 4 trips to toilet next day which is unusual.

Only real get it with Chinese / Indian food.

I think I'm having issues with this,
WAsnt sure what it was tbh,

At first thought it was gluten or fatty foods,

Been feeling like shit on an off for a while,
Getting the shits etc,

But after looking at this MSG stuff it seems to be in what I eat before I normally feel like crap or get the shits,

Spose I should go to the dr but I much prefer self diagnosing
