As above, think the standard K16 unit on my LET has had it, instead of forking out for a rebuild kit for it what are my other options? I've heard a TD05 unit from an evo fits the standard exhaust? Or is that bollocks?  Im not after silly BHP just yet, a decent reliable amount will be fine, it's still standard internals at the moment anyway.

Also heard of people running 200sx manifold with a T3
Turbo? Am I right?

You'll need another exhaust manifold, and downpipe, along with water, air and oil hoses. If you want a different turbo.
You can get some pretty cheap items on ebay, but it will work out more than a re-con K16.
