If they are complete and that`s what you have said in the listing then just answer with as discribed in the listing!

I'd normally say send the stuff and that's his problem for not being able to read but all that will happen is he'll make a complaint to Ebay and you'll lose the money.

Easier to refund and tell him to spend the money on resits.

Its fairly obvious you've been exactly clear and in no way misleading. But you're obviously dealing with a dickhead, via Ebay. Hence you lose.

Re the Buy It Now it may be that if it had no reseve, the BIN disappeared when a bid was placed.

That reminds me, I had someone reply to one of my messages once telling me they didn't want to buy a bin when I wrote that acronym in the message.

Just looked at the listing, see the problem now!
It does clearly say that it is the indicators for morette headlights but the guy has just seen the morette headlight bit.
Best to tell him, refund the money and relist.

Best thing to do is reply to him saying that it is just the indicators and then see what his response is and take it from there. If he still wants them then send them, if not just refund and cancel.

only an idiot would assume its the full light when its clearly listed as just the indicators in the ad, as said though tell him its just the indicators before sending, he probably knows and is just trying it on or has just realised after hes won

Told him was indicators. His response said"thought was whole light" told him I've wrapped already (I have" and that it's his error, and maybe he should re-list when he gets them.

Said "ok thanks"
