If they're for you, you've got no chance on the rears with your rear tyres.
Also, I thought you were on coilovers? If they are for the rear just take the adjusters out of the back, that will get it well low enough.

And yeah I've got FK's, rear adjusters are in still in - how much lower without them?
Not sure about removing them will the springs still sit ok?

Yeah, just line them up when dropping the car. They sit perfect, no knocking or banging or anything.
It will go as low as you want it to probably. Well it'll go low enough for what you want! I had them out and had my front down about 80mm and it looked mint.
My brother did the same but had an XE under his bonnet so weighed the front down alot more, and that sat perfect aswell.

I own half that car haha. They are on mine the rear springs and they look spott on im 60mm at front and with an xe its perfect
