Mate of mine went to Cheshire oaks (the outlet place) while he was there he got me a bag for my mrs
What's the crack with returning it? Can't seem to find anything on google, anyone any idea given that it's an outlet store and not a normal store?

Each retailer will have their own returns policy.
Where was the bag purchased?

It was from ted baker.
Just wasn't sure if it would just be credit only being an outlet store.
Thanks guys

Normal ted baker stores are credit or swap only AFAIK.

A tip some years ago to obtain a refund from a credit note issuing shop such as Sports Direct was to say you wanted to exchange the item for the same one in a different size....a size which the shop perhaps didn't have in stock
Shops in the late 90's and early 00's HAD to give you a full refund in this case, but i'm unsure if this is the case today.
I worked at SD when i was in college, and quickly learnt this trick

I found that being annoying, loud and angry is the best way to get your own way in terms of retailers as Managers will do anything to make you piss off

I'm pretty sure your entitled to a refund within 14 days for any reason at all, so long as the item isn't personslised?

I thought credit notes where only given if you paid cash or didn't have the receipt?
Pretty sure if you paid by card then they refund you back onto that card.
I made the mistake of paying cash in b&q before and had to return some bits, so now I pay for everything with either my debit or credit card.

Nope. That's the distance selling regulations. i.e If when you buy something online.
