I ordered a part from a company on the 20th Jan that was meant to be delivered within two days, I ended up having to make numerous phone calls over the last few weeks telling me they where waiting on one, then it didn't come in, then they had one somewhere but had to find it etc.
In the end, came to the conclusion this part will never get to me so requested a refund last week (paid on my credit card), still no refund and I can't get the fuckers on the phone.
Would this fall under a protected purchase as I used my credit card and can I get Barclaycard to refund the money?
I know it could still take a day or so but based on the shit customer service I received regarding the order I don't have high hopes of the refund turning up

You will be covered under Mastercard ChargeBack rights, under goods not received. You have 120 days to claim in this.
If it's over 120 days and between £100-30k you can claim under Section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974. All this can be done with your bank.
