Right decided I'm making the 350 mile drive down to Pvs with a few mates. Does anyone know of any clubs that will let me put the Astra on a stand? I know corsasport aren't going this year due to them fucking up. Anyone any ideas? Would like to come down and have it on a stand make the 350 mile trip worth it. Oh and is camping the done thing? Heading down the Saturday about 12 so will be there for 5-6.

AOC or AON are both still showing but with smaller stands I think.
No doubt one of the Facebook groups might be able to sort something but I would hope the only way is that if someone's bought tickets and you're getting them second hand as it were.

If haven't getting one a week before PVS and everything is fine here with the corsa you can have it. You might need to try and register on there site at least.

camping was horrendous when i went. people were revving engines and loud music constantly throughout the night. then there was the right dodgy people that were walking around looking in peoples cars etc. enjoyed the show dont get me wrong, but the camping/staying part was awful.

Something to think about then. Don't want to travel 350 miles down then 350 miles back up in the one day so camping sounded good to me

i was in the quiet camping for reference. be surprised if i managed an hours sleep all night.
walked out the tent about 4 in the morning to see people looking inside the cars we had parked up next to the tents.
edit - id imagine club camping is a lot better

Camp at Billing then just attend the show as a day visitor.
Clean campsite, no cocks bouncing 1.0 12v's off the limiter all night and no spaced out Buckie drinkers walking about looking in cars......

Billing is a camp site all year round which you can just stay like a regular holidaymaker and drive to PVS during the day.

Mabey one or two Melv, but they mean no harm
Would second peoples opinions on PVS camping, show was okay but some proper pondlife kicking about the campsite at night. Billing really is light years ahead.
