I'm looking to buy a fault finder machine.... there's so bloody many out there!! There's the right one for the job ones then there's the laptop's with the programs loaded onto them with, what seams to be everything on there. I just can't make my mind up what to get. HELP!!!

Just get a Bluetooth OBDII plug it in download the app, and Voila!

Any make or model you are buying for in particular? Assuming Vauxhall?

I've had this scanner for a few years now, its worked on 95% of cars I've tried it on, it supports CAN-BUS and about 5 other main protocols..

I use Torque with a BT reader, works nicely.

It's for all cars. I've got a unit where I work out of now. I can borrow a code reader but would like on for myself.
