I'm about to install a towel radiator. At present my pipe work comes out of a radiator cover outlet. Which is essentially a plug socket back plate with a plastic cover to allow pipes out the bottom.
Is there such a thing that is like a wall plate which will fit a standard socket back housing and have 2 outlets on it? So I can have a nice finish.

Just get a blank plate and drill 2 holes in it

That's my plan worst case. Just bought the blank.
Would just be nice to have an easy push fit one ready made

If I were you I'd be extending the pipes down the wall and bringing them up through the floor.
