I do and I don't.
The welding trade is fucked up here (even with Nigg and Global/Isleburn) Russians and Lithuanians have arrived on mass, with dodgy certs and taken all the jobs.
Agreed they will normally do jobs that UK people turn their noses up at, but not all the time.

Valid point actually. I should know better than to say that. I was at A&P Tyne shipyard recently and couldn't find an English speaking welder for buttons. Gathered that a fully qualified welder was being paid £7/hr with £1/hr going to the agency that brings them over here. How is a Brit meant to compete with that

People forget that not so long back Syria was a normal functioning country, just look on google and you'll see that, people had phone contracts just like we do here, the branded clothing they wear could easily be stuff given to them by refugee supporters when they landed in a civilised country, or they may have bought them back in Syria before all the shit kicked off.
As already said, a lot are actually staying in other parts of europe we are getting a small percentage that may have family or friends here in the UK that can and will house them.
The fact people are saying Turkey is safe shows how little people have been watching the news, you may not have heard of the YPG/YPJ and PKK they are successfully fighting aginst IS with very little help from the west, Murrica does a few sorties here and there but the UK isn't bombing IS in Syria, just Iraq where there are also camps being built, some people from the UK/America/Canada (Hannah Bohman a Canadian joined the female protection unit - YPJ) and other parts of the world have gone and fought against IS with the YPG/YPJ but they very under armed and now IS has managed to create chemical weapons.
Turkey only recently (as in the past few weeks) recognised islamic state as a terrorist group, why? BECAUSE TURKEY HAS BEEN ARMING ISLAMIC STATE, why? because the YPG/YPJ/PKK are Kurdish and Turkey doesn't like the Kurdish (nor do many muslims, although they don't seem to like any other religion, remember the first Iraq war where Saddam gassed the Kurdish people for no reason?) there is a small not well known about civil war going on in Turkey now, Turkish forces are shooting innocent Kurdish civilians, in return the PKK is killing Turkish police and military personell, obviously this doesn't help matters.
In short, muslims are going to cause an issue, they wont want to integrate with the west and will start demanding things and if they don't get them they will start being violent. Yes there are moderate muslims that are decent and live by the rules and laws of the countrys they live in but they will always stand with their own.

Why do they all wear decent brand sportswear and carry smartphones should be added deffo.
I own a phone but if my house was being bombed I'd deffo be out of there.
To be fair, your WAP enabled push button phone probably better fits Phil's image of how a refugee should be equipped.

I wonder how quick the public will do a 180 when the minority of refugees cause havoc or destruction in the UK. When will it be declared for the refugees to return home? How will this be policed. Are the videos of refugees refusing care packages with the red cross on them real?

There's so much shit going round at the minute its hard to tell whats real or not, in my personal opinion I can imagine muslims refusing it as they're a weird breed.

There's video of people throwing packs of water off a railway station platform, not sure of the context.

Ungrateful cunts probably won't drink anything other than evian water, waving their arms around the place already trying to run the country.
At least the people handing out the food have the right idea, masks to block out the smell of them

The Hungarians do have quite a reputation when it comes to how they treat immigrants!

This is possibly bad for some of the forces fighting islamic state but at the same time rumour has it the Free Syrian Army has joined forces with islamic state and al-nusra front (even though they helped the YPG take control of Tel Abyad), allegedly they share the same or similar ideologies and the FSA may have been funded and given weapons by America
Also it could be bad for the likes of the YPG/YPJ as they're classed as rebels even though they're fighting islamic state, as most of Assad's oil came from Rojava (before the Kurds renamed it Rojava) and I doubt he'll be willing to just let the Kurdish people have that.
Its a very confusing situation with America funding the rebels and Russia helping the Syrian government by bombing the rebels, it may end up becoming a proxy war between Russia and America with the real goal of eliminating islamic state forgotten about and left to the rebels, that are being bombed.
