Well it's been four weeks off the pop today. I'm down to 14 stone 12 lb. So that's over a stone in a month by just stopping the beer.

Bit gutted, I kinda wanted it to make fuck all difference if I'm honest as I love my Stella!

Bet you feel much better for it though? Not just the weight, but break from the beer is good.

People who say is hard to lose weight are either a genuine reason, or most of time it's just laziness and lack of motivation

Actually no I don't! My sleep is all over the place. I genuinely struggle to get a good kip.

Not eating proper foods then.

If you're like that after cutting down JUST beer, you may want to look at what you're missing from that.

I don't know ingredients, but sugar dependent perhaps

Week five of being dry over with down to 14 stone 9lb. Sleep still a bit hit and miss. I think it's in my head tbh. When I'm sat with fuck all to drink it's still a strange and unsettling feeling. This in turn stresses me out!

Are you exercising a more on top of cutting out the beer? Impressive results so far.

No more than I used to. In fact a lot less. Used to be out once or twice a week on the bike. But due to the weather I've been out twice this year lol. Only change is dropping the Stella.

Week 7 now of being dry. Weight loss has slowed right down now. I'm 14 stone 8lb today. So a one pound loss over two weeks. Perhaps this is me levelling off at the weight my current food intake maintains. Kinda hoped for more if I'm honest.

True, but the amounts I was drinking meant my life really was/is going to be short.

14stone 7lb this morning. Back to what I was last year. Eight weeks offa the pop.

I feel it's all highly overrated if I'm honest.

I reckon you're playing it down, it's cool as a man to not care.
The fact you've kept it up, and bothered to update here to me shows you're proud.
You should be, you've done really well

There's one reason I've kept it up and that's because "daddies little princess" says I'm not allowed a drink until my birthday lol!

So as any dad knows what daddies little princess wants she gets. I am a bit gutted how long it's taken to get back to what I was. But on the positive side it usually takes me twice as long to get shot of the Xmas extra.
