Would also check affordable housing schemes as most new estates have to sign up to this

Oh yeah. Certain amount of homes have to go to the council scum types, which ruin all new housing estates.

Wouldn't fancy having a garage right outside my living room window tbh. Best left as conventional parking spaces.
