what do YOU recomend for Optimum handeling, given the base car of a 94 1.2LS and running 195/45/15's
which would you choose and why?

A 35mm - 40mm drop is optimum. This is the best trade off of the sharpest handling possible without screwing the geometry of the setup. You may want to think about getting anti-roll bars off a Sport model, the 1.6 are thickest and will improve your handling no end.

einbach say 25mm but the front goes down about 40, the back about 15mm
