ok just got my digi dash my bf was going to take it apart for me but there is a really wierd srew on the top and we dont have ne thing to undo it

it has 3 little bits on it on the out side
some 1 must know

get a screw driver in one of the grooves on an angle and hit with hammer

oh ill try that we tried mole grips and pliers and my bf has loads of fittings for his screwdrivers all the star things but none of them fit

i really want to undo them cause i need to cut the dash back

use a hacksaw an cut a slot in the head of the screw - then just use a normal screwdriver

ok got the back off i cut into the screws or shall i say my bf did he he he
so how do we remove the perspex on the front ????

I think you need to take the whole thing apart, then it will come off.

As you take each bit off, more screws will be reveled, just keep undoing them and it will eventually be a load of bits!

Like fearless said, cut a slot across the trop of the security screws and undo them with a regular screwdriver.
If your not going to use the perspex, just lever it off with a screwdriver although it will probably break. On mine, I then ground the lip down with a Dremel tool.
