What should I buy, Xbox or a PS2? I got broadband so been looking at Xbox for Xbox live. Also like halo.
Wheres best place buy them from now? Anyone know any good deals on at the moment?

ive had both and they are both good in diferent ways.
the x box is better for copied games as u dont have to chip it although i think that was the earlier ones and they have now corrected that. just a case of eeny meeny really although like u say u can go live with the x box so that prolly gets the edge

X-box i have one, you can play multiplayer games thru a program called x-box connect http://www.xbconnect.com
all u need to do is buy a network card arround 6 quid
and a crossover cable which is arround 10 quid.
and network it up to your p.c
halo is an awsome multiplayer game.

Halo 2 soon! I already have network card and all cables, also few mates have got Xbox's so we were gona link them all as I have all the cables from home network. Theres a nice green coloured one out now I like look of!

I own a xbox and its better than a ps2 they all have a few games on them that the others dont but the xbox is just a better console at the end of the day.

I'm not really a fan of consoles but my mates have them all (saves me buying them anyway. ha ha) but Xbox is very cheap at min with that chocolate deal at the minute. Can't be arsed describing it but it efectively means you can buy one for about £80ish quid and have lots of chocolate!

xbox is the better consoles as far as hardware/gfx but the ps2 has better games, oh how the roles have reversed

i wondr how many people who compare graphics have 42 inch hd tellys to tell the difference. i still had a 32inch crt so the graphics all look the same to me so its all about the games...
