It seems like the face is popping off slightly and for a while the display doesnt show and then the music stops. i just flicked it and it snapped back into life again
the Kenwood KDC 4024 is only about a month old and its only been in my car for the last 3 or 4 days. dont know whats up with it. im almost certain the face was fitted properly
any ideas whats wrong? has it happened to anyone else? should i get in contact with kenwood?

check the wring...loose connection...by flicking it u may put the connection together again. or faulty HU.

get in contact wit kenwood bud there is a known issue with that happening on some models

Try cleaning the contacts between the face and the HU.....
