Just covered 6k in my Corsa C and guess what, I have the dreaded knocking steering column. How long roughly do the guys at Vaux take to fix this?
Another question, why is the C built like a Lego car?

My sisters NEW VW lupo, cover under 100miles in 3 days and the accelrater cable snapped....just one of those things.

Just seems like nearly everyone who has a C has the same probs. I find myself reading down the lists of faults in previous posts and thinking "Ok better prepare myself for that one!"

yeah but then again its the same with my corsa b. its a 1.2 8v with 120k on the clock and 10 years old.......yet i read stores of how ppl with yr 2000 sports etc have had serious problems, that i am yet waiting to recieve. I've looked thru by vaux service history, and not one serivce or MOT has cost over £160.....
I think, as Kenni says, its just one of those things. All faults arent common on all cars in that range.

I haven't had any probs i'm coming up to 30,000 miles, on a Y plate *touch wood* just luck of the draw I think.
